We have a dining set on the front deck, and lounge chairs around the fire pit in the side yard where you can sit around under the dark nights! Perfect for generational trips, groups of friends & families! As an added bonus, two public beach accesses from Salmon Street, just a block away!

This home is sparkling clean, cozy, light-filled, well-stocked and tastefully designed to ensure a great stay!

-September 2022 Update: Automatic shades have been installed and the fireplace is now working!
-The kitchen is stocked with high-end kitchen appliances, cookware, silverware, servingware, spices, coffee & tea
-All beds are outfitted with high quality mattresses, linens and a comfortable duvet
-Big windows with lots of natural light, breathing taking views of the ocean and the Olympic Mountains
-Onsite washer and dryer for your laundry needs
-Patio with comfortable outdoor furniture for an al fresco experience
-There are two driveways that can accommodate one car each
-There are currently 2 dedicated workspaces in the house. One is a large desk against the dark gray wall on the lower level, and one is a small desk in the loft area on the second level. They each have a power strip, and the upper-level desk also has a 24″ monitor that you can use.
-We have a NEMA 14-50 level 2 and NEMA 5-15 level 1 outlet for EV charging, you would need to bring your own charger.

Notes

**Additional Info About the Home**
– We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
– Please note that the access to the loft area with the 2 twin beds is via a spiral staircase which may be unsafe for young children who are not proficient around stairs. There are however 2 bedrooms on the lower floor which they can utilize.
– High speed internet at 1Gbps, suitable for remote working and concurrent streaming.
– During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. During these times, we recommend having an AWD SUV with snow chains on hand.
– Maintenance: Vendors (e.g. landscaper) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission. Also, there may be an active pest control plan which may include baits (e.g. ant bait) inside the home. They are usually placed where children and pets can’t reach them, but please do not leave pets and children unattended.

**About Fees & Pricing**
– We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
– We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
– One complimentary date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.

**House Rules**
– Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), NO pets, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home.
– Use of fire pit and charcoal grill is prohibited during the burn ban
– If you intend to harvest shellfish, please obtain the necessary licenses and educate yourself on shellfish harvesting rules in the area. We’re not responsible for any fines incurred. Please do not cook oysters in our home. You may use the outdoor BBQ grill.

Hosts do not live on site but will be available via messages to answer any questions guests have.
