This uint is newly remodeled and features a spacious and tastefully decorated home with Ac in both living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit Washer/Dryer, and a cozy bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed. The one bedroom unit is hidden from the road making it a cozy and quiet location with ample parking. The large lanai surrounded by palm trees is a perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and listen to the birds sing. With 6 tennis courts, 3 pools, and BBQ areas, “Palm Breeze Retreat” in the Maui Vista is the perfect place for your stay.

The unit is located on the 3rd floor and is an end unit with approximately 605 sqft. The elevator is available 24/7, and a luggage cart is provided near the 1st floor elevator. In the event that you cannot locate the cart, it may have already been taken by other guests.

**Additional Info About the Home**
– We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
– Maintenance: There may be an active pest control plan which may include baits (e.g. ant bait) inside the home. They are usually placed where children can’t reach them, but please do not leave children unattended. Our Hawaiian climate is home to bugs and pests. Although we are diligent with pest control, there is a possibility you might still encounter a bug or two – all part of the island charm!

**About Fees & Pricing**
– The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests (2 for the king bed and 2 for the sofa sleeper). We cannot accommodate more than 4 guests.
– We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
– We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
– One complimentary date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.

**House Rules**
– Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), NO pets, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home.

Neighborhood

Maui Vista is a 3-building resort located in South Kihei. Each building has a small swimming pool, two tennis courts, and a BBQ area. Kamaole I Beach (Charley Young Beach) is directly across the street about 2-3 mins walking.

Kihei is centrally located to the rest of Maui, being a quick drive from Wailea, Kahului and Lahaina. Kihei boasts the best weather on Maui year round, enjoying sunshine and lower humidity due to being shielded by the Haleakalā Volcano from the north. South Kihei is a perfect place to stay, walking distance to famous beaches, food truck and shops.

Access

Access is granted via a door code for self check-in at your convenience. Guests have access to the entire private unit.
