FULL DISCLOSURE: Strictly no parties or events in this home. Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am. No smoking/vaping of any kind within the townhome complex. Violation of house rules will be charged a $500 fine not including damages which will be assessed separately.
This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome with dedicated parking lot for 1 car. The entire house is about 1400 sqft.
FIRST FLOOR: bedroom (full size bed), bathroom w/shower, garage (not available for guest use except for emergency access to electric panel/furnace).
SECOND FLOOR: Living room (full size pull out bed with Smart TV), dining room, kitchen, half bath (sink + toilet)
THIRD FLOOR: bedroom (queen size bed) with full bathroom, master bedroom (queen size bed) with writing desk and bathroom (shower), washer & dryer.
Transit
– If you have a car, there is parking included in this rental so getting around is easy.
– This rental has a walkscore of 89 with plenty of bus options. Two nearby bus stops (line 8/27 on Yesler, line 14 on S Jackson & 23rd) take you to the downtown core.
Notes
**Additional Info About the Home**
– This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
– The garage is not part of the rental hence no parking in the garage. There is driveway parking available. However, please note that the driveway is very steep and is only suitable for cars with mid-high clearance. If parking in the driveway is a problem, there is typically readily available free street parking just outside the townhome complex.
– The unit is at the intersection of two main road. There will be some road noise when you open the bedroom windows. We provide ear plugs for your sleep at night.
– Fans are provided in each of the top floor bedrooms.
– We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
– Maintenance: Vendors (e.g. landscaper) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission. Also, there may be an active pest control plan which may include baits (e.g. ant bait) inside the home. They are usually placed where children and pets can’t reach them, but please do not leave pets and children unattended.
**About Fees & Pricing**
– The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
– We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
– We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
– One complimentary date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.
**House Rules**
– Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), NO pets, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home.
Access
Guest will have access to the entire townhome with private entrance, except for the garage. The garage is finished and cannot be used for parking. It is not part of the rental, only permitted for emergency access to electric panel or furnace when necessary. There is parking outside of the unit on the driveway.
