This home has 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, sleeps up to 7 guests and is 2,571 sqft. This home is spacious, sparkling clean, cozy and light-filled with tastefully designed craftsman features. Relax next to the double-sided fireplace in the sunken living room, or enjoy spending time in the open-concept dining/kitchen/living room. Sub-zero fridge, double oven & ample counter space. Perfect family room for young kids with carpeted floors. All 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Private dock can fit a 50′ boat. EXCELLENT Dungeness crabbing in the summer months and fishing/shrimping throughout the year right out in the bay. (Note: fishing & crabbing license is required by Washington state)

Transit

There is a community sport court with basketball and tennis just across from the house. The Mariner’s Cove County Park is on the other side of the with public beach and boat ramp for non-commercial use only.

Notes

**Additional Info About the Home**
– We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.
– During Fall & Winter months, please note that there might be snow. During these times, we recommend having an AWD SUV with snow chains on hand.
– There are no unauthorized boats allowed in our community canals or at our boat slip or any other privately owned slip. Please ask about getting authorization. There is a public boat launch within walking distance.
– Heating and A/C available. Additional tower fans are provided for additional cooling during the rare heatwaves.
– Two car garage is available, and 2 additional parking space is available on driveway. We allow parking for up to 4 cars. No RV parking or oversized parking allowed unless otherwise approved. Community street parking is not available.
– Maintenance: Vendors (e.g. landscaper) may stop by to conduct work on exterior spaces. They will not be allowed in the home without guests’ prior permission. Also, there may be an active pest control plan which may include baits (e.g. ant bait) inside the home. They are usually placed where children and pets can’t reach them, but please do not leave pets and children unattended.

**About Fees & Pricing**
– The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
– We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday’s pricing.
– We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
– One complimentary date change if your check-in date is more than 2 weeks away. No date changes otherwise.

**House Rules**
– Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine), NO pets, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home.

Neighborhood

Mariners Cove is a small boating community located on the north end of Whidbey Island, near Oak Harbor, Washington. It’s a dense residential area we are both visibly and auditory close to the neighbors. It is very important that guests are quiet and respectful, especially while staying at the yard and outdoor space.

Access

You will have the entire house to yourself with access to the private dock. Guest access will be granted via a door code.
