Betterstay is created by a group of Airbnb hosts and real estate investors, born out of a vision to help you expand your possibilities into short-term rental. From purchasing the right property to running successful operations of your rental, we know what it takes to create a successful short term rental and will be with you every step of the way.

We currently offer full service property management services to the following locations:
Greater Seattle Area, Whidbey Island, Hood Canal / Lake Cushman, Ashford, Packwood.
Maui and Kihei in Hawaii

Competitive Fees

We collect 20% on the nightly rate you receive for each booking. That's it. No restocking fees, supply fees, or onboarding fees.

Maximize Returns

We use dynamic pricing that understands your local market such as special local events, demand and supply of surrounding inventory to gain a full picture of your local market and make updates to your nightly rate every day.

24/7 Guest Support

We are available around the clock for your guests so you don’t have to be.

Onboarding

We advise you on furnishing, amenities, and provide you with recommendations on what to stock. We learn about every aspect of what makes your property unique, and build a polished listing with professional photos and carefully curated content.

Marketing

We list your property across key travel and booking platforms and your listing will be tailored & moderated regularly to ensure bookings are maximized. Your property is also visible on our website so all our repeated guests can effortlessly book with us again. We leverage dynamic pricing, monitoring your occupancy, competition and local demand to maximize your rental revenue

Professional Housekeeping

There's never been a more important time to ensure a property is clean & safe for guests. We vet, hire, schedule and manage turnover cleanings and maintain a high standards.

Guest Experience and 24/7 Support

We handle all guest relations, including bookings, answering questions, and manage all check-in & check-out processes. Your guests can reach out 24/7 with questions or emergencies. Your guests will be welcomed with a digital home guide that’s crafted individually for each home, containing rules, instructions of home amenities and local recommendations. Sit back and enjoy the 5 star review! We work our hardest to ensure your guests turn into repeat customers.

We Protect Your Asset

We carefully vet guests and screen for guests that are responsible and will take care of your home like it’s theirs. Each guest is required to pay a damage waiver to cover their stay. We monitor the home closely for any repair & maintenance needs, and schedule services to take care of issues as soon as possible. Your property is in good hands.

Owner Portal

Transparency is important to us. So each homeowner receives access to a secure dashboard with tools to view reservation data, create bookings for personal stays, and view monthly statements.

Start with a free consultation where we learn about your goals and expectations, every aspect that makes your home unique and discuss how we can partner with you

Initial Set Up

We provide you with a customized shopping list and recommendations on our favorite brands so that you’re set up for success from the beginning. We can also refer you to vendors who design, purchase and install furniture for a more hands-off approach. We are here to answer any questions and guide you on your set-up journey.

Final Set Up

We visit your home and run through a detailed checklist to ensure everything is covered. We collect detailed information about your home so that we can ensure guests can navigate your home easily and conduct repair & maintenance efficiently to reduce downtime. We schedule a deep clean and a professional photography session to capture your home in the best light.

We publish a SEO-optimized listing that will convert bookings, set the right expectations and target the right guests that will take care and love your home!

Preventive Maintenance.

Now that the hard work is over, we finalize a recurring preventive maintenance schedule that will reduce unexpected repair costs. Sit back and rest assured your property is in great hands!
